Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fantastic. Especially as it's not quite the same weather as the training.

Well it’s ultra month!!!! 25 days to go.

Foot seems to be fixed, I am planning a B2B this weekend and long next weekend then taper time. Can’t believe it’s here already.

Steph is definitely an inspiration doing that run on her own is incredible. I hope she’s recovered well DT & you were a great support crew too.

I did the B2B last week 16 & 7.5. Both testing out NSW trsiners.

Left foot liked inov8, right foot didn’t. Tried merrells both feet put up with them.

Last long run today (22.5) I wore the merrells I can get an extra insole in the left foot, and I taped both feet. It helped. So merrells & tape it is a I know my right foot prefers vibrams.

It was a crap run, sorting out foot issues, hair issues, weather issues, and ran out of water (my route was not easily accessible to shops like I thought it might be)

Ended off back at the town centre to see a young woman (20’s) under a bus quite literally I can only presume the bus was turning right and she was on a bike/walking and he hadn’t seen her it knocked me for 6.

So I’m hoping that is the awful stuff out the way and race day will click into place.

I don’t know rhb she appears meld conscious as I went past. As I don’t live in the area we were just there for the weekend I haven’t heard anything. I do hope so. And the driver regardless of fault I expect he / she would be very shaken.
