How did it compare to Lon las and the tunnel?

I thought it was harder than both. Los las was less time bound.

The tunnel had no daylight but I blocked out the screaming cats they called violin music.

The bridge. The surface was harder. The hills were not steep enough to need to walk but enough to feel it in you ankles. The camber on the road down towards the middle was only sight but enough.

If you used to running in a city then the traffic doesn't bother you.

Huge congratulations Mike! I can’t imagine doing that run (or the tunnel, Lon Las sounds ok though but way out of my reach)

Vic had a hard day but did amazing her strength of mind and determination is unreal.
