So, if a fair price is 250k, then they get say £750 for the first £220k 5% for £220 to 250k and so on. (I haven't checked the figures but you get the idea).

We've accepted an offer on the house-less than asking but a level we were happy with. And I've had an offer accepted on a house, started with a cheeky one and increased it, but still got 8000 off asking price as it's been on the market for a while. Potential moving date 8 weeks
