4 miles run yesterday. 5 miles today. All extremely slowly but it was not too unpleasant and at least my heart rate is nearer where it should be today.

BDP. Rugby last night in Tilburg was a scrum masterclass, which I definitely needed to take my mind off other things.

Some shocking family news from me - my older sibling was found dead at their home yesterday, cause as yet unknown.

They were just 19 months older than me, due to turn 42 next month.

We never got on, they abused me quite seriously when we were children, but we'd found a sort of peace in mostly leaving each other well enough alone over the past few years.

As there will need to be a post mortem, and I guess inquest, nothing will really happen for a little while. Hopefully not before Sam gets home next Monday, anyway.
