Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Having been sitting either in a car or a pub for most the day I went out for a slow 5k jog this evening. Hooray for BST!

Ran a bit (14 moles), swam a bit (inc first swim in the Med this year which might put me top of the hotel #medwanker league?), looked at a bicycle, played tennis precisely once, bit of yoga, bit of gym. Fairly standard.

so here it is

Run 7:28:09 - 46.7 - smoothly from Cracked Ribs to a twisted ankle

Bike 53:09:38 - 840.3 - I can however ride
Karate etc. 45:44:15
Total 106:22:02

Surprised to see the hours if honest with running being dire and only this high thanks to a spaniel

The bike has gone very well ,unlike Feb I spent a lot of time outside

Karate was solid although the ankle being a problem impacted training at various points. However, I graded so getting closer to my black belt so hopefully next year

Yoga and gym were a little hit and miss although there is a lot of stretching around the karate

So

Rest days - 0

races - 1 - a good hard day out at the Battle on the Beach , even got a tan

Well. Here are my towering achievements (that is, viewed from the perspective of an ant):

Run: 75 miles in 18 hrs 09 - at last a mileage I can feel reasonably happy with.
Walk: 31 miles in 14 hrs 42 - virtually identical to previous months
Cycle: 10 miles in 1 hr 22 - at last, my bike was feeling very unloved. It still is.
Swim: 0.5 mile, all in the sea.

Today I kicked off April with Day 1 of the BHF Strong Woman Challenge and a swim in the (heated, hurrah) Lido.
