Evening. A fine B/H weekend lots of hard yakka outside mostly in crap weather, couple of Zwift rides and swims indoors as well. April (and Mayday B/H) has been fun with lots of racing. May will be less busy, head down and get fitter. There is a half iron in Marlow and a long course weekend to finish the month off. It’s a spankingly beautiful world even if old beardy upstairs bloke is being a shit with the weather. |

MA. A rest day was had. I spent the evening in biblical conditions in a pub beer garden doing a very soggy pub quiz and watching two lots of claret and blue kick a ball around. Club run tonight and maybe a swim this afternoon. Got my jab tomorrow so there may be another rest day coming up this week, depending on side effects |
