Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Evening. Zwift race am (really 90 mins tempo on tired legs), domestics rest of day, Vuelta catch up. Highlight was pancakes after dinner 😀 marvellous.

Tomorrow looking similar but no pancakes and a pm run slotted in.

We’ve just finished family pizza and film night. Enola Holmes, since you ask, and fun it was too.

Results of the WGT Race1 (embedded within this morning’s 3R race around London) show me as 18th out of 38 in CatD. Top half finish so very happy with that. Skillz developed on a Tuesday night definitely helped - a couple of good breakaways on short steep hills and a final lunge at the line which bagged me 4 places!

Morning inmates.

An hour's 'no drop' club ride with a group from Brussels - I think the no drop thing must have been working hard, because I doubt I'd have stayed on in the real world, but it was moderately fun.

My first time up Box Hill was certainly interesting.

Now, on with the extreme garden makeover :D

MAIBRS

Mini Nico signed up to do the Poppy Run with her rugby team. Lockdown prevented a group run, but she's just smashed out her first ever 5k run round the memorial gardens.

Yes fun up the Alpe today, couple of climbs in 1:08 each for me, first tuning into the Gobi/Baz ascent which was some 20 mins quicker :-O
