Swashbuckler discussed Both pail into insignificance after the ultimate swim of death, Newbury tri - 300 metre outdoor poor, mouthful of water on a turn and so much panic I had to purple rinse swim 200 metres as I panicked every time water hit my face. Possibly the worst ever event(I had come 2nd the previous 2 years as I owned the bike course and the run was trail) as having battled the swim I punctured half way round the bike course while up on my own best time so recorded a DNF - you just think why did I bother :¬) I don't bother now !!
