TRO Saracen
More swim madness. Out battling crazy waves, wind and the ride. Slogged away for 23 minutes and covered 400m, turned and came back in about 2 and a half. You could literally feel the waves pick you up and carry you 5m. Really enjoyed it although it was more of a fight than a swim, but feeling a bit queasy now. |

bon matin, tout le mond. It's another lovely sunny one in Bruxelles fair city. Cor, it's nearly wanging time again, that came around fast. It's been an odd one with the intermittent pains for me, but hey ho. July should be more betterer again, and at least I got some rugbying done. I did singularly fail to actually go for a run this weekend, though, which is a disappointment. Or possibly a blessing in disguise given that I'd forgotten how much of this place is covered in horrible cobbles. |
