AA - I have cycled to and from work, and await a beasting from the PT shortly.

and in a minor miracle I have managed to book a slot at the lake tomorrow morning, and in a second major miracle, I can still (just) get into my wetsuit, though if its scorchio I may not bother with it anyway

Afternoon,

first outing in a few days I had a spot of bother with my knee on Saturday so took a few days off.

Managed a 20 mile ride at lunch time and will partake in some pain later with the team
