JC - that bloody cobbled climb is hell, quality batter yourself skills !!!

Top work last night on the TT TRO - I could not have ridden anywhere near a good race effort after the session. I attacked the volcano for 8 mins at the end some 40 seconds from my best and that was enough.

Absolute scenes on my bin run this morning. Some joker had managed to draw a cock and balls on the pavement in the bin juice. That's going to stain until they send the street cleaner machine round :-D

Another great session with the lads with a volcano climb bonus to finish, first time under 10 minutes I am delighted with the progress I'm making.

Those that can attend Gobi session should it is hard but you will get your rewards.
