It's starting to cool off nicely, at least, and if I stick to the roads it shouldn't be too bitey and buggy out there.

Annoyed as was my best longer race performance to date, PB on Epic an Radio mast before hitting the alpe where I had climbed to 12th overall and at bend 16 was within 5 seconds of my PB for the alpe. 90 mins in and had just done 10 mins at 329 watts and I felt GOOD !!!!!! There was shouting !!
