Another 1½ hr of digging my heavy soil. It’s getting easier, so progress is less glacial today.
People are so caught up with online learning and providing opportunities and resources that they seem to have forgotten it’s the weekend. The Scout Association are totally bombarding us with stuff and the High Heidyins are full of exhorting us to make sure we maintain our "hour per week" to get online training done. I’ve had to bite my tongue quite hard today.
Some progress:

Prynhawn da. I did a running, and a picking up and moving and then putting down of heavy things (old stream and wall and top pond now completely deconstructed, building of new stuff starts in the morning), and then a good long dog wandel.
Now I shall do the sitting on the sofa and the drinking of the fake beer. I might even do the soaking in the bath.

Evening! I not-parkran this morning. I wonder why, since it less than a week since I abandoned my marathon training plan, it felt so very hard? It was even slower than my usual parkrun too.
I perked up this afternoon though, having done proper graft in the garden. Like I used to do before I got into this running/cycling/swimming malarkey.

Did a not parkrun this morning, the weather is surprisingly nice for the apocalypse. Garage reorganised and smart turbo (some home assembly required) assembled, configured and tested.
Last remaining uncancelled race for this year... cancelled.

Watted and a jog. Between those I mowed the lawn, and did a few other garden type jobs. I didn’t murder my wife and bury the corpse in the garden however, even though this seems normal round here.....

4 hour ride in the outside (there are no other people out in the Fens) which was actually 5 hours due to poor route planning and a nasty headwind.
I can report that in the outer reaches of civilisation there was also loads of lawn mowing, fence painting and weeding going on.

Evening all,
A 6 mile run this afternoon quite a nice day out and I'm glad I didn't waste it.
