NE - I'm Welsh bloke with a Scottish accent and embarrassingly can't name all the counties in England never mind know where they are and which hills are where. I assume anything remote north is the Lake district and I don't go to the Lake District ever :¬)

I am a cyclist who has a distinct dislike of certain parts of Britain and therefore refuse to go anywhere near them for certain reasons.

I have been Mountain biking in the Peak District and I go to certain places in Wales BUT
there is a reason I have my own watt bike and a gym membership.

(all of these comments are null and void during cyclocross seasons where I seem to freeze get soaked and swim in MUD)
