6 miles with the dog. Bit stop and start. Figured its a recovery run/dog walk so if I felt I was running with bad form.. walk
found road much better than xc
Managed to run up the biggest hill in the area though :)

From the official ones at the event Pesto? There was another guy taking pics who will upload to Flickr, it's linked from the ProVelo website. He got one of me on my final lap (made myself run for it!)
