Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thank you all.

@CumbriAndy apologies for forgetting it was you, but thanks again.

Thanks Chris and really it has mostly been just walking the dog and timed walks, lunch/waiting for hockey to start/finish. I had a quick look back and could only see one walk that went over 7 miles.

JK, it's all about how you walk those 12 miles, I'd be knackered too if I walked that distance all at once. It's all about breaking it down into short sharp blasts, I'd do a dog walk in the morning, say 4-5 miles then have a break. Then depending on the task at work that would possibly garner another 2 miles in the morning. At lunchtime it would be 3.5-4 miles before possibly another couple in the afternoon. Dog walk at night would be another 4-5 miles. Days with hockey and the like would add a few more miles so ultimately there were very few days that were 15 miles, some higher and some lower. Admittedly I walk about 10-12 miles everyday anyway so upping it to 15 isn't that hard.

Just over the fourth bridge. Which is not the same as The Forth Bridge. 😂

(Speybridge, if you're confused! )

Needed a sit down after reading this :)

Hopefully I should approach a virtual bridge as I arrive home tonight, after getting a little lost in West Manchester this lunchtime :)

Well done @Yorkshire Pie 👏

My morning run has taken me on to the Tay Bridge and got me this badge....

I shall pause here and admire the view... 😉

Until parkrun tomorrow morning. 😂
