Ouch to the marathon runner but well done on helping.
View looks great ITG.

GP phoned and wants to see me with the possibility of a steroid injection but no appointment till 24th. Waited this long so another couple of weeks won’t matter.

Steroid injections in my foot is what got me through the marathon to be fair.

Other GP I saw last time wrote in my notes she thinks it might be cartilage but I’m not sure
