azx, I wish I knew the answer to your question. The route I took today wasn’t particularly clever. There were lots of roads to cross & being 🧏♂️ deaf, I can’t hear the traffic, so I have to stop at each junction & rotate my head through 360 degrees to see if there’s anything coming. I was going to run 🏃🏼♂️ on the promenade, but as it was a sunny 🌞 day, I knew the seafront would be heaving. |

I was only curious.Was looking at this graph: fetcheveryone.com/training-prerace-group.php?rid=5287604&weeks=16 and it shows your average running speed during training as typically quicker than you do your fake parkruns at. Not that you have to do them faster of course!

azx, I’m not taking the you know what, but if I knew how to read that graph, I’d pass comment. I’m being honest. I just go out of the front door & 🏃🏼♂️ run. I very rarely have a route in mind, I just follow my nose & go where the fancy takes me. |

I ran mine yesterday as I didn't expect to be able to today (i did, however, run today as a bit of my 13 Castles) Weather was great for both. My Fakey yesterday was a first correct predicted time ever. My times vary from 31 something to 35 generally at the moment (lack of company and fitness I believe). However, I had randomly predicted 31:55 for the run a while back and coincidentally ran that time. |
