It was quite hot 🥵 yesterday for my run 🏃🏼‍♂️ & like the silly Billy I am, a couple of hundred yards of it was by a dual carriageway. As there were road works, there was quite a tail back of traffic. The stink from all those exhausts was bl**dy awful.

Which is usually a mudbath, but was very dry today. With a mate, so not all out, 38:40. Not quite my slowest. In the final stretch, light hail, turning into snow.
