A good try Steve! Well done for todays 4 miles.

6.95 miles this morning, including 5 sets of 30, 45 and 60 seconds with jogs back on the gravel track, run out and back.

Well done Dubairunner for this mornings 10k in the sunshine.

Thanks Steve. You are still running/walking every day, which is something to be proud of.

This morning was a very slow solo 5k on roads, feeling the effects of yesterday's interval session.

Quiet running week so far but should get out later today. 2x 5km on the treadmill is all I'm able to report.

Steve: you asked about 'Manchester', it's the full marathon, Sunday 28th April.

Great running all.

Spring has definitely started in Aberdeenshire, the wee man got sunburnt on Monday. The lighter evening have been great too and I have managed to get a few times this week. Although I don't like the darker mornings again.

I went to the physio today, so she thinks I have an injured tendon on my ankle/heel and not PF. So some different exercises to do so hopefully that helps.

Now I am going home to enjoy some sunshine.
