Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lesley: Love the photo which really is an added bonus of this thread. Thank you.

Neighbour has been removing a small tree in his back ground and, knowing I've a multi-fuel stove offered me the wood. 5 hours later and almost carking helping remove the stump, I was a bit compromised on my evening run. Got round for 7.2 in just over an hour.

Superb dawn photo Lesley.
Nothing like that here this morning, rain for the first time in a while. Needlessly wore rain jacket because it stopped before I was halfway through 4.1 miles. Softened the trails a bit but I struggled again today. Undoubtedly will be ok again tomorrow, that's the way it goes these days!

Beautiful photo, @Lesley C.

39 degrees already @Dubairunner? Don’t know how you do it.

Congrats on hitting 350 milestone, @Donnie1.

You will be better for it, @steve45. You will feel the benefits on tomorrow’s run.

I was struck down by a stomach bug all week and have lost 2 kilos since Sunday. Today was the first day I felt back to full health, so plodded my way to 10km to work this morning. It was quite enjoyable. There were a few hot air balloons about.
