Too late if you wanted to spend £1m (less a bit of loose change) for a 2 bed cottage in Port Isaac. With a never ending stream of visitors stepping over the 'Private Property' rail and signs to take a picture of them at the door. At least if today was anything to go by. Maybe it was JB who has just bought it? He did say he was in Port Isaac. You may recognise it. zoopla.co.uk
