Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Would have loaved the run the nationals, sadly the limits of my weekend ambitions will be trying to jog Bushy Parkrun without pain.

Well done Gobi, enjoy LA. I have a brand new, shiny 10 mile pb that I am a little bit proud of. My two previous runs over the course were both around 62.30. Today I smashed it in 57.54 on a hilly course. Time to knuckle down and get a big March under my belt now.

For the record. Progressive 20M in 2:18. Would say best ever training run 20 based on HR and way it felt.

Hilly 21+ miles for me today. Started at 7.40s and finished at just under 7s. Some of the hills were monster. Really enjoyed the run :)

Cracking PB Curtis. Looking good for sub 2.45.

Jock - that's some training run. Nice.

Plan for me today was a 16 miler. Managed a 17 miler in 2hrs. Still trying to cope with Jet Lag, and recovery from corporate hospitality :)

Nice splits JI. Curtis well done on the PB, that is an impressive reduction in time.
