It must depend to some extent on the subject and topic Having almost finished my first paper after supervisor feedback, it’s a very long process and in some ways a thesis is a lot more flexible and can answer bigger picture questions individual paper collections can’t Just need to work out how to slash 2000 words to submit it!

I went through some of the feedback which was fair (especially pointing out the bits I clearly didn't understand such as the difference between validity and reliability and the formatting of some tables).
