Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I think I might ask my doctor for zopiclone. Am fed up of not getting enough sleep. My issue currently seems to be not falling asleep for quite some time after I get into bed. I have been mostly OK through the night, but there's been some early mornings. 5am ish rather than 4am. Current situation is NOT helping.

I am waking between 2 and 4 am most night, usually for a toilet visit and most nights that is me awake for a couple of hours at least.

I have the added issue of it being fox mating season which seems to have started early this year and my back garden appears to be where foxes go to find their mates and do what mating foxes do. Noisily. Two nights ago was very bad, started about 1am and only when they stopped was it my turn to go to the bathroom and I barely slept. Last night though we were reprieved from the foxes.

Twinings sleep. Teabag with spiced apple & vanilla with camomile & Passion flowers. First saw Evilpixie speak about it.

I never have anything to drink after 7.30pm cause I then have to get during the night (actually I still do) so wondered if this was supposed to be taken just as you are thinking of going to bed.

was awake between 2 and 5 again. Then managed not to wake up until 8.30 - good job I didn't need to take youngest to college!

Feel very groggy and unable to get moving now.

Similar here, lots of waking and then awful anxiety dreams. The last one was about my Mum, she had red eyes and was crying and telling me all her teeth were going to be removed. Woke up in a right panic after that. Feeling really groggy today.
