Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

What beautiful words, if any of us could leave our lives touching the souls of those you’ve met, let alone ones you didn’t actually meet and leave that strong sense of support and caring you’ve lived a truly beautiful life. Thanks for being the voice of Fetchies Ian and for making these relationships happen with this fantastic community. Something I’m proud to be a part of.

You gave a perfect eulogy Fetch, which along with those of his friends added up to a wonderful summary of the man.

RIP Switts

I think it was lovely to have the three views of Swittle, I’m so touched to have been watching it felt like saying goodbye to a very dear friend which to us all he was.. Ian I think what you said was perfect.

I really loved knowing that he was very much loved and had warm and true friends around him in life and also online.

I’m with you all tonight, emotional. I will so miss him, I do miss him

Brilliant words Fetch, that must have been a hard thing to write but you did it perfectly.

What a lovely corner of the internet we have on this site.

For anyone who hasn't done it, I would encourage you to do the parkrun at Crosby - it's brilliant.

About This Thread

Maintained by LipGloss
Never met him in person but always came across as a lovely man.

If you read about his nightly beach runs you could almost have been running along beside him.

He always encouraged others especially on the How was your run thread.

Hope all your beach run are still as perfect as they were while you were here xx
