Thanks FF. Intervals weren’t too bad. Pace was a bit slower than the 10 x 400s the previous week, but no more than expected over the longer distance and reps were fairly consistent.

Thanks :-) The tempo runs are the sessions I find the hardest, so tomorrow is going to be the toughest of the three sessions for me.

I have the lurgy, so having started on Sunday with a "long" run, I have now been sofa and bed bound... So will start again next week...

Thanks Jenny ... Just a bout of flu, but not having had the flu for years, I am sering it as a sign I may have overdone things getting back to running after 12 years... The immune system obviously says: stop, take it easy 😉
