Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done Pam great work, keep at it and I'm sure you'll benefit from it, there aren't many that haven't.

The interval I'm about right with the pace but I've only walked the recovery parts. I'll try jogging those this week.

Tempo pace is ok.

Long run is far too fast. Supposed to be 10.25 min pace from my 5k. Yesterday i did 65Min @ 9.09 min pace.

It is difficult sometimes to slow down. However I have seen some benefit from slower running overall. I'm certain that if you can run slower it will help you further down the line.

Week 4 done. I’m a bit slow on my long runs and a bit fast on the intervals and tempo, if I’m not careful (doesn’t help that we have very little flat ground around here!)

Well done CD, it really is difficult getting the pacing right but it sounds positive though, fast fast bits and slow slow bits.
