Hi HB, The ED of CCpr isn't on here, but I have ran the course a couple of times so can comment. They don't specifically ban buggies, but I wouldn't call it buggy friendly! There are a couple of trees in the wooded area which you will have to stop at and inch a double buggy through. There are also some twists and turns, potholes and tree roots to contend with. It's also not totally flat with an uphill bit as you enter the woods after the out and back. HTH

Ok, that's very handy, thanks. We go there every now and again for a walk with the boy as he can scoot around as it's flat at the part we go to. Plus I get to go to Siren Brewery afterwards! Wondered if it would be a buggy option but seems not. Nor is Bracknell so I wonder about Dinton. Did it once about a year ago and it was flat, and in woodland but from memory it was all pretty wide and relatively root free. It's that or head more London way I think. |

Come to Dinton! We are buggy friendly, just one small downhill but one of our regular pushes round a double buggy most weeks.

I think Dinton is very likely, as the wife can go to the cafe (I think, when we went there last year it wasn't open but think it was about the 3rd running of the parkrun at that point?) I remember thinking at the time that it would be good for a buggy and one guy was pushing twins!

HB, cafe is always open and fairly busy. Open at 8:30am so you can get coffee before as well if needed!

Mind you i'm chuckling away at the refusal to use stylised spelling and calling it a race, knowing that would crack people up. As for the `fully staffed' bit - I never turn volunteers away, as I've found that those who are told `thanks but no thanks' tend not to offer again. |

It is at least mildly annoying when the Beeb and the Guardian's style guides refuse to let them use the stylised brand name. But it is a small hill on which to die. I was amused by the fact that the volunteer himself called it a race ![]() |

Ive done Bracknell with a buggy. Wasn’t too bad but a bit twisty turny through the trees. Looking back at my time it must have been a bit of a slog |
