Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oddest, how dare you? 😤 Most Unique is our description (and yes I know that "most unique" is a nonsense term)

Synge it works by creating a worm hole that deposits you back on the course if you run through it fast enough.

We regularly have people get lost and confused in the spiral even if they just follow the path they will exit soon enough.

Cromhall is probably the hardest to get to in my local area. Although once it becomes your home parkrun it's much harder to get to any of the others.

The strangest thing about Somerdale for me was not so much the course layout itself but the fact you had no reference point to where you were in respect to the other runners.

Whenever you looked around, from about 2-3 minutes in, all you could see were people running in totally opposite directions from one another. Quite a weird thing to be in the middle of at the time.
