I have a colleague who advises people with acne to use it instead of normal water to wash their faces, and I couldn't find a proper debunking online to use to beat her up with. Can anyone here help me in this matter?

On the back of that are built the marketing claims around skin mildness. As to it's effects on acne, I have no idea, but I suspect that at the very least it wouldn't be detrimental to the condition.
