Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Incredible that there's not a LEJOG/JOGLE post - maybe it's called something else. Anyway, every one likes free stuff:

I should say I'm not him and hopefully it's not spam! If so - sorry Mr Fetch and maybe I get the 'Post deleted' badge!

Anyone know what her plan is regards stops ?

She seemed to finish today at 5pm, is she preferring to run at night for cooler conditions and less busy roads ?

Not sure - maybe she will just try to get as much rest as possible overnight as it’s a long race of attrition?

The thing with these Proper Runners having a go at it is that it looks thoroughly unpleasant, running on A roads all the way. The only bit I'm familiar with is the old Severn Bridge crossing and then up through Chepstow and doing 900 miles (or whatever it is) of that would do my head in. There should be a separate record for a bimbling route, following canals and whatnot.

Good luck to her though, I like a bit of dot watching.

She’s back on the move. There is an interesting graph of rest vs speed especially over 12 days. Be fun to watch.
