I lost 1.5lb since yesterday morning

I *always* put on at least 2lb as soon as the temp goes up over a comfortable summers day

so I'm quite relieved to be back to only a couple of lb or so up on pre holiday average.
Trendweight graph didn't uptick much at all - so far

Probably either trust the process or weight is not a great metric so how do you feel in your body/fitness.

I just can't seem to get a grip on anything atm. And weight has a knock on effect. My clothes don't fit and I feel old and tired.

I hear you.

If it's allowed on this thread, I would say get hold of a couple of bits of clothing that make you feel good (short term investment), hide the scales for a month, and do things that feel good: mentally, emotionally, as well as eating nutritious food you enjoy and doing movement that makes you feel good. You don't need any more sticks to beat yourself with. Maybe a coffee & climbing meet 😁
