OatcakeMonster May 2021 5:49pm, 21 May 2021 457 posts	Quote Pin OatcakeMonster The end of my week has been hard work emotionally at work, and there's weird sh1t going on with my perimenopausal hormones, so.... all up I'm pleased I'm managing to mostly keep up my 10,000 steps (missed it yesterday through combination of emotional tiredness and hormonal tantrum at the weather - constructive, I know!). Eating not been quite so good, but also not terrible. Not sure I'll have made any belt notch progress, but I am pleased with sticking to the plan to be more active.
