I'm gutted, it appears the old weighing scales under recorded.

After weighing myself using the new scales I definitely need to lose a stone, and preferably a bit more.

My target is to lose a pound a week.

Tri: hopefully all will come right by Saturday for you and a fee extra exercise calories would help?

FR: That happened to me about 3 years ago bought new scales and 1stone heavier!

All going okay day 4 of the under 1800 calories and 16:8 so far.

Sensible. FR. I'll be the wet blanket here and say that losing 3kg in a week - well, what are people trying to lose, weight, or fat? Does any one who is not either morbidly obese or literally starving themselves think they have lost 3kg of fat in a week? (If you do - see a doctor :-p )

When I say static that is over 24hrs! I am still negative on calories in/out. Just 400 yesterday v 800 normally.

It’s just a number and I want it to be smaller so my clothes fit.

It’s probably organs stressed from eating crap shrinking, water retention corrected after eating better, big poos clearing out my tract.

I can see my belly starting to contract and eat itself.

Lammo, I think I’m getting used to it but there are not many options - I’ll time my eating to fuel the session. I’m basically not eating breakfast at 0700 which means I also don’t feel hungry/hungrier at 1000 essentially skipping 2 meals and 4-600 calories! Lunch and dinner are very similar to normal. Today I have planned a Thai green curry dinner, had nasi goreng lunch and some chicken mini kebab skewers. I still have a 1000 calories left to hit my 1500 calories per day target which is 450 cal under BMR.

I don’t care about performing right now - by losing weight I will get free speed automatically. I will be able to eat normally once the weight is off.
