Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

God this all over my head. For me what lead me to Pose was the amount of people that run pain/injury free. Still interesting reading mind.

Steve for me I never think of lean, to go faster (sprint) I just pick the foot up higher and the rest kind of happens actually. Not sure how mind but at Football I seem to have picked up some speed that I thought I had trained out!

Steve, you have to really let go and not think about your feet when you sprint. Just imagine bodyweight taking your forward and lightness on the ground. Don't try and consciously think about keeping the feet up with the body; you don't have time in a sprint.

Try this during your next run....Put your arms to the side and and back behind you (as if you were a kid playing jey airoplanes). When you do it, it will give you more freedom to lean and feel the your bodyweight taking you forward.

It takes practice, lots of it, and lots of time. Rome wasn't built in a day.

PE - there is no need to delve into the Dark Arts of the science - if you are making it work for you, then that is all you need! :)

On the moon, would we have to go back to wearing "moon boots" or stay with minimal flats?

The kids playing jets thing, not the moon boots.

As for moon boots on the moon, I'd stay with minimal flats just to annoy the Anti Pose Brigade.
