Lane was busy but apart from the 5 minutes where a lady joined us swimming head down-with-a-snorkel breaststroke up and down the middle of the lane it was all very well behaved.

Pool was quiet for the most part and had a lane to myself for the first 45 mins, then just one late mate (though he had a very wide breaststroke kick so I did nearly get kicked in the face a few times! It was also reasonably cool so my body cooled down for the first time in days which was nice!
