Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Still suffering with jet lag so decided to do three easy miles. Wish I could go back to bed now instead of work πŸ₯΄

Welcome home. Hope you enjoyed the run despite the jet lag. Just over an hour and I will be finishing my nights and on my way home for bed πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€

It was a lovely run riggys99, very peaceful, no wind, no rain.

Night shifts are tough. It is impressive how you fit your running round your shifts!

Thanks Solo
Used to it now. Sometimes it’s about compromising and perhaps doing a bit less than planned or running just after eating. On my days off I try to run a bit further. Nice to hear your run was good.

Nice running peeps.
Today I ran faster than ever before in my life, at that particular distance at least :)
