Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4 miles, weather good, felt like I was putting in more than i was getting out this morning again. Youngest had me up pretty early this morning so think that had an affect on things. Felt ok though and happy to get May started.

7 miles at 8.47 pace. Quite happy with that especially as I didn't get out last weekend. Not too warm but nice to be out in the sunshine.

Saw a friend running on the other side of the road, so good to say 'hi' as well.

Yesterday evening, just after sunset, peaceful trails incongruously running by one of the busiest ports in the world, and soft, smooth sand - and two Yorkshire Terriers insisting I threw a ball! 1 hr, 5.6 miles. A very good use of my time. :)

15 miles, 4 reps up and down the Creagh Glen to Lisnabreeny Rath, 2,000 odd foot of climbing. Out early enough to catch the sun rise (Scrabo Tower and Strangford Lough in the distance).

All quiet at that time.

10 miles for me this morning, pleasant weather, few people out and one man swimming in the boating lake.

Almost didn’t go out at all but managed 3 and a bit miles earlier. As usual - glad I did it.

Good running folks.

3 and a bit miles for me this morning. Usual early morning thing where I get a bit ploddy at times so pace ended up not where I wanted it. I'm happy to get the exercising week started though :)
