Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I will get in trouble (exceeded the 1-hour suggested limit). Predominantly trail half marathon around the outskirts of my city. Explored a couple of new trails.

Wasn't the 1 hour rule a Michael Gove solo run? I'd give it the consideration it deserves!

Nice day for the trails.

Glorious. It was not too hot this morning. I did the first mile and a bit on road relatively quickly then bumped into a friend out on a bike ride. We had a chat and then I went into the woods and explored a new field that had had a new path mowed around it. The view from the top of this field was amazing.

4 miles this morning. Back was a bit stiff and probably waiting an hour would have helped but wanted to get the run done first thing.

4 miles done this morning.

Rainy and cool, but had most of the route to myself. Probably the first time since lockdown.

No worries with social distancing.

4 miles done, felt a bit wheezy on the way round. Realised just now that I took my preventative inhaler instead of my blue one (slaps forehead)
