Managed 7.7 miles in 1:07. Quite happy as it was my first decent run in well over a month due to having a chest infection back in July.

A decent 7 miles, which after 14 miles yesterday is pretty good going for me!

Quicker and more confident at that pace than for a good few years but a very tight right shin after it put a slight downer on an otherwise great run.

7.13 miles in an hour, which surprised me. Thought it was going to be much less as I wasn't feeling the love today and my legs felt like two lead weights all the way round
