Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Does anyone have any recommendations for which cameras are best to capture night time wildlife?

I use a Victure 1080P wildlife trail camera. I’ve been very pleased with the results, both stills and video.

Mine is a victure too, not sure which model.

Came downstairs this morning to find two squirrels mating. For the last week or so two of them have been getting quite friendly but today they were caught in the act. Last year's baby was quite cute so we're now waiting for this year's arrivals.

Thanks. The Victure cameras look a reasonable price. I've seen other makes that are a lot more expensive and wasn't sure if it was necessary to spend that much

Ours is a Victure too, not sure of the model but totally sorts our needs.

We had a hog 2 nights ago and it was trying to take bedding into the feeding box.

We also caught a mouse in the garage that had been helping itself to mealworms!

Just popped out for a look and there's a hog munching away :) it's one of the smaller ones who I was a bit worried about going into winter so it's good to know it made it through. I think the one we caught on camera the other night was bigger, so it looks like we still have at least two.

I was right :) both of them caught on camera at the same time last night - one large one and one smaller one, almost certainly the hoglet from last year. They had a busy night of eating by the looks of the videos!

How lovely. Need to keep an eye out for ours. Doesn't look like the hog house is being used but there is a suscipus hole under the deck.

Mr Fox comes in every night for the food, so it's back to being a race/spotting hedgie to make sure it gets some
