Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

not sure I could be that disciplined, anyway what do folks do when a friend wants to run with you and you live in a hilly area.

It's not as disciplined as it seems, 98% of it is ultimately just a lot of miles down at a specific heart rate. Strap on a HRM and just run and it's always what is easy for you anyway :-)

What's the issue with running with a friend in a hilly area? lol

I guess when running with a friend you chat rather than concentrate on HR,

anyway whether I can run 7 min miling is a side issue, I got some ultras to train for and thought this would be a good way of doing alot of miles.
