I have used various formats, page-a-day, loose leaf etc. Currently on a loose leaf A4 binder so it is more like a scrapbook/ journal type thing. Pity I've not done much to be able to scrapbook this year!! Work is all on Outlook and I also have an appointment diary for to-do lists and dentist appointments etc. All part of faking being organised
