Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

BB 100 woo hoo!
SS 86 Good let down by Deep and Light sleep
Threashold run suggested - I ignored
due to easy week I am now in Recovery
on the plus side RHR definitely seems to be on the down
Stress yesterday was just 21 and has been in the 20s all week which is good but may also indicate the lack of work at work

Training status - Maintaining

BB was 94 at the start of the day (now on 69 after my run)
Sleep score 79 (6hrs 53 minutes last night)
RHR 45
Load focus - high aerobic shortage

Today's training suggestion "Recovery 11:45/mi 32:00" did a five miler a bit quicker than that! Oops! 😂

BB 82, acute training load low and most of it in the orange bar. I should do 4 x 6min at 8.15mm today. If I do it'll be as part of a longer run.

Training readiness - High, well recovered (hmm, doesn’t feel that way)
Status - maintaining,low aerobic overage
BB -82
Sleep 8 hrs , good (um no, I was awake until about 3!)

Suggested training, 2:15 long run @12:55 (that’s not slow enough and isn’t going to happen today)

Plan has intervals, going to get off my moon and get them done…soon

Can confirm a weekly track session similar to 1 x 400m, 1 min rec will satisfy Garmin in regards to anaerobic shortage (for me anyway). I'm on the verge of clearing mine after one session and it added about 200 points of anaerobic load. Next week's session will clear mine (assuming I do it).

That's good news. I think I have 5x 600 with 90s recovery on the plan next week. Maybe that will help with the anaerobic shortage.

Most definitely will.

78 hours recovery needed after the session and tomorrow has changed to rest, lol. We shall see what the legs think tomorrow.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
