Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

recovery, hardly surprising!

hrv still going up, rhr 39.
BB charged to 74 after nearly 6 hours good 'calm' sleep.

Still strained and my HRV is suggesting I’m struggling with recovery

I've gone to strained today after two rest days, but I can see it's just because of the 7 day average HRV picking up the efforts from last week, and the numbers for the last two nights are already heading back in the right direction so I'm not too worried.

rhr at its usual mean 38, hrv balanced and level
BB was 80 after ~6 hrs 'fair' sleep.

but status 'recovery', load low and apparently today has been 'stressful' so far and it tells me to take a break.

It's trying to get me to do the short 'threshold' run again - but not sure I'll have time :(

I'm curious as to what it'll recommend that I do tomorrow.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
