Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My watch has told me to have a rest day every day since Sunday despite "knowing" that I should be in peak marathon training.

How about rebooting your watch Ness. I’ve not run this month but it’s picked up my exercises.

I’m also in recovery but Garmin seems to like it.

All I can find online is reboot the watch because you're definitely doing enough training!

Given I’ve done about 12m in the last 4 weeks Garmin suggested a long run of 1:50!
Of course Garmin that’s an awesome suggestion!

I had a very disturbed night last night. Awake for almost two hours from 1am, awoke suddenly from vivid dreams several more times, three trips to the toilet, drank a can of Diet Coke because I was very thirsty. Garmin didn't even notice apart from a few tiny spikes in the overnight heart rate trace. BB 95, HRV well within my current range, lots of deep sleep and almost no waking.

(No idea what it was about. eL Bee! is the one who's taking the medication that can cause nightmares as a side effect.)

This week's stuck record has been 37 minutes at 12.30mm.

😂
Yesterday it suggested I do some intervals at 10:30 pace despite only running 5-6 times in 4 weeks

Running as in using run to record an activity faster than a walk!

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
