This challenge has really spurred me on to swim more frequently, helped by being on a/l last week. Fingers crossed I can still make time over the next few weeks. Swimming definitely helps my mood. Sweetie I log all my swimming manually, I have a very old Garmin that doesn't cope well with pools.
