Feel great this morning, up at 7, driven to the top car park of moel Fammau (OH off fell running )ran home-7 miles, the only problem is I now can't to seem to be able to move my face-its frozen solid, I look like this :-O only blue

Jacobi- I can reliable inform you that had we been running in Kodiac yesterday there is bugger all snow- my sister lives quite close to there.
However we might have been cancelled on a volcano eruption warning as Mount Redoubt looks set to blow again and if it does you have to stay indoors cos of the ash risk!!

I know cos I nipped over there in my teleporter last night to help her celebrate her birthday and have only just teleported back ;)
