My best speed is not much more than I do a mile in. I'm no natural runner. Hopefully a bit of speedwork'll get me to the sub 6 min mile, but I'm no Paula Radcliffe. Roo - you shot off like a rocket!!!! A skinny little rocket in a buff.(not in THE buff obviously - that would've been very cold) Arghh, I look awful in that shot of us together, I'm wearing my big green coat and I have a slice of cake stuffed in my mouth. And for anyone interested, I've nominated Homer for MOM so vote for him or I'll get very angry indeed....

I mean, he kept the rain off, but he really should have tried harder.....
